Introducing "The Girls" - Banding together in 1987 to form one of the most enjoyable musical ensembles in Orange County.
Famous for their seamless harmonic vocal blend and accomplished musicality, this trio offers a diverse repertoire spanning from the 30's to the 03's.
"The Girls", comprised of Beth Fitchet Wood (of "Honk"), Sue Bredice (of "Sue and the Mice"), and Carolyn Miller finally (and happily) found each other after many years of crossing musical paths all over Southern California.
They discovered in each other a mutual musical taste and sensitivity, along with a love for harmonies and great song selection.
And, they crack each other up - not to mention the audience. Recording projects include IMAX Films, Kenny Loggins , Missiles of October, a release by internationally renowned artist, Mario Frangoulis (Sony Classical), and many others.
"That's What Dreams Are For" combines the many moods of "The Girls" from esoteric folk to pop/light rock.
Many players contributed including Tris Imboden of "Chicago", Michael McDonald, Marc Russo of the "Yellowjackets" and Richard Bredice from Jules & the Polar Bears, produced by "Honk" member and former musical director of Kenny Loggins, Steve Wood.
