Album Notes
June 15th, 2013 – Saint Louis, Missouri – In an industry where music is tainted by material possessions, inappropriate images of women, and constant violence, a new music release seeks to heal, inspire, teach, and touch the soul--ENDSIGHT. (10 song digital and CD release date June 15th, 2013, downloadable on www.itunes.com,

With the release of their first album, (Return of the NAGAS Mixtape) the 3KNGZ offers a lyrically charged project with social consciousness, spiritual empowerment, and self help overtones. Their goal is to utilize music as a medium to enlighten humanity and create spiritual awareness. With the release of ‘ENDSIGHT’, they hit the bullseye.

‘ENDSIGHT’ is not your typical Hip Hop album. It contains the essential core elements to take Hip Hop to a positive outlook. It mixes jazz, club bangers, and traditional Hip Hop music with uplifting messages about overcoming struggle. If the listener has struggled in life, the listener will be drawn in by the vivid metaphorical images lyrically delivered. It features ‘Lyfestile’, ‘Rukahs’, and ‘Leroy Jenkins; nationally and internationally known artist. Add to that, “If”, “Science of Life”, “Lighter”, “New Day”, and “Without Your Love”, are produced by the St Louis super producers, Grammy Award winning ‘Trak Starz’.

3KNGZ is a musical collective. Their goal is to utilize music as a medium to enlighten humanity and create spiritual awareness. Their main tool for outreach is Hip Hop music. They also conduct lectures, panel discussions, and workshops. The member’s are, Ron Williams, ‘Chill’, Derek Hudson, ‘Meru Muad’Dib,’ and Daniel May, ‘iS’. Their sound can be compared to, Jay Electronica, Nas, Talib Kweli, Ludacris and Dead Prez. “His crew's music is carried by deep messages and poetical references the average listener won't catch on the first play,” Tef Poe, Riverfront Times. Their base of operations is Saint Louis, Missouri. They work exclusively with the Grammy award winning super producers the Trak Starz.

This album reminds me why I looooooove lyrcists!!!!
In a world where main stream music depletes my energy, the 3KNGZ engages my creative soul. Very proud of these Katz because they dare to be different where others believe in cloning that which is deemed "popular". I love this body of work and these lyricists inspire me.
