“Blues and Shoes” is the first EP from THE LAST FLIGHT OUT… a band bent on unwrapping the multi-genre songwriting of Julia Bryan, “Gunny” Jeff Norman, and Klaus Peterson… an unlikely collaboration that unapologetically mixes Blues, Country, Rock, Pop and Funk, into a signature gumbo. Dozens of TLFO songs currently “circling the runway” will be touching ground in 5-song EP’s at regular arrivals… “Blues and Shoes” is just the first of many.

Listeners will likely notice the purity of the production… Julia’s voice isn’t “processed” as far as most modern recordings go… the vocal presentation is a true representation of someone “working the mic”, emoting from a whisper to a shout… what she does best. The instrumentation is dynamic and un-layered… what you hear is what you get in their live shows.
