Fans of the Norfolk Southern Lawmen Band agree: These officers serve up an arresting blend of country music. They've been doing so ever since the original Lawmen got their start back in the early 1950s. Today, they log some 200 performances a year across the country, appearing on national television and in venues ranging from the Grand Ole Opry to the Smithsonian Institution. Now, the current generation of Lawmen are proud to present "The Other Side of The Tracks." In this 13-song compilation recorded in 1997 at Lifter Studios in Asheville, North Carolina.
