Album Notes
"Hop On" is a call-to-arms written as a tribute to (and now the official theme song for) Punk Rope - an interval training exercise class where grade school recess meets boot camp with a raucous soundtrack. Started in NYC in 2004 by New York native, punk and fitness trainer Tim Haft, Punk Rope is rope jumping mixed with exercise drills and has become a favorite of derby girls, rockers and anyone with a good sense of humor who wants to get in shape and keep fit. We are and we know plenty of touring musicians who jump rope to beat road fatigue, van cramps and the endlessly bad truck-stop diet. Check it out! Thanks!
