Album Notes
It all started with a pass down digital recording machine and a pair of rusty headphones. Two guitars, some odd mix of old amps and slightly bent but working microphones and then one stunningly beautiful voice have yielded this creation.

Before that, music was just the favorite past time. With only an acoustic guitar and two voices singing songs in a living room. Songs were written down with pencil in yellow legal pads and stacks of composition journals from various years together.

Recordings were made in our various residences all over Texas and on one occasion, in Oklahoma where we recorded alone in the woods. Home was the only track recorded with professional grade microphones and in a recording studio. There were also the talents of many young student engineers who made that possible, thank you!

The album is a true genesis of The Lonesome Doves.
