The Mars Hall Marshall Thompson - Keys and Vocals Ted Kraut - Guitar and Vocals Katrina Leigh - Bass and Vocals Jimmy Paxson - Drums and vocals Long time freinds, Marshall and Ted started writing together in the spring of 2002. In the fall of 2002 bass player Katrina Leigh entered the band. The band recorded their album at Fox Force Five Studios with J.J. Blair manning the controls. Ted and Marshall mixed most of the full length themselves, on a vintage 60's API console with no automation. The Mars Hall is no stranger to the rigors of the road. Marshall Thompson has spent much of the last year and a half touring with RCA recording artist JEM. JEM has been featured on KCRW's "Morning Becomes Eclectic" and has sold over a 700,000 records worldwide. As a member of JEM, Marshall has toured the world headlining shows in the U.S., Great Britain, Ireland and Japan. He also opened shows for Dave Matthews Band, Blackeyed Peas, etc. As the leader and principal songwriter of Radio I-Ching, Ted Kraut toured all over the U.S. logging 150 shows a year. The band played major festivals such as High Sierra Music Festival and has been billed with top touring acts such as Moe, Mother Hips and The String Cheese Incident. Radio I-Ching regularly packed clubs In L.A..
