Album Notes

Written, performed and produced by Tim Steinruck with help from Scott Ternan and Devin Townsend(Vai, Strapping Young Lad, and The Devin Townsend Band). Mixed by Devin Townsend and Mike Fraser(AC/DC, Cult, Metallica, Rush). Special appearances by members of The Devin Townsend Band.

Tim grew up in a Mennonite community in northern British Columbia, Canada. There was\'nt much to do but sing, make music and perform since his family was German and they didn't have TV.

One day a new German neighbor came over with his son who introduced Tim to a band named Kiss. Tim loved Kiss and listened to \"Destroyer \" everyday after school on his big white Sears headphones............ over and over and over.

Then one day Tim came home to find his parents with \"Destroyer\" in their hands and grim looks on their faces. They had listened to Kiss and decided that Tim needed to burn the record in a barrel that was used to burn garbage.

Tim was very, very upset. He cried, screamed and pounded his fists on the ground. This was not fair!

Years later Tim told this story to Paul Stanley while working with him in Kiss\'s East Hollywood recording studio and Paul especially liked the part where Tim replaced the vinyl in the \"Destroyer\" album cover with one of his parents classical records before burning it.
