I love the Monks of Weston Priory's early works, back from when they were so much a part of the new, more spirit driven Catholicism. Now, so many years later, they are new again. The multiple layers of sound, which their more recent CDs seemed a tad mired in, is gone. Stripped down to basics of guitars and flute and an unfamiliar, clear voice that makes the sound of the brothers a truly new experience. Very different from their other CDs and albums...sometimes Vivaldi like and just beautiful. I love it, and so can anyone seeking Christian music, as this is all Christ centered. Highly recommended!
