ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Once upon a time, long, long ago...well about a 2 weeks ago...Madman Sam said to his drummer Jeff Hayes, in the brand-new band The Muddy Sons: "Hey let's make an entire album and have it ready for release by the blues festival! We have 7 days!" Jeff, being just as insane as Madman Sam, thought it was a good idea too, so they went into the studio the next day. 7 days later they were staring down the barrel of "Pushed On Down The Road", their debut CD.

This CD contains no blues standards, it features no all-star casts, and it doesn't fuse anything with anything else. This is down-and-dirty, Chicago meets Delta, in-your-face blues people!
