Album Notes

On Theory of Everything's third musical outing, our heroes climb into a veggie-oil-powered Mercedes and venture into the nether regions of love and lack thereof. Taking a detour from the political ramblings of their 2nd disc, 'Evolution of the 'Art, the band eases back the seat and gets personal, whether paying loving tribute to the aforementioned greasecar, lamenting lost lust, or just Turtle-waxing philosophical as TOE tends to do. Sticking out like a sore digit is the would-be mega-hit "White Guys with Guitars," an insidiously catchy alternative rock anti-anthem about alternative rock that...well, rocks. So forget about the price of oil and take this (CD)baby for a spin. And thanks for patronizing caucasian males with six-stringed instruments.
