You won't be able to buy just one!!

This is one of those albums that you'll buy several copies...one for your office, one for your car and 3 to give to friends. From the heartfelt lyrics to the grip-the-steering-wheel-until-your-knuckles-are-white guitar lyrics, I loved every second of this album. Don't pass this one up!

1. Listen to this CD 2. Use CD to decapitate The Backstreet Boys

Damn, this thing has cajones. Are you happy with the state of music? (I didn't think so.) This CD is the antidote. Remember the Stones, Led Zep, Lou Reed anymore? This is their progeny. 10 songs from the heart, slammin' guitars, vocals that hold nothing back. But wait, there's more. If you act now you also get this free set of Ginsu knives. As Costello said, writing about music is like dancing about architecture. Just buy it already. Or you could go get the new CD by the latest Alanis clone (zzzzz.....)

Rock isn't dead. it's dope!!!

THE PCP is one of those albums that people who still call CDs albums can appreciate. True rock n' roll! What most took me about this excellent disc is the songwriting. Really catchy tunes that grab you after (during) the first listen. The PCP kind of reminds me of a cross between Hootie and the Blowfish (who get a bad rap but make kick ass catchy pop rock) and the Replacements. The PCP have that very good pop sensibility (think classic rock billboard top 40) but unabashed garage created attitude. They don't seem to be in it for the money. More the feeling or desire (need?) to convey a message. Just good old rock n' roll! Special kudos to sometime lead guitar guest Orion Duckstein who has kind of a Robbie Krieger range and delivery and the wife/baby (so cute!) photo underneath the CD is so from the heart, non-posing and honest that it brings another ballsy, rock n' roll element to this 10 song classic. My favorite track has to be #9, "You Just Know It", which has some funky guitar and drums and a nice melodic instrumental interlude (a kind of song within a song that Paul McCartney used to do so well with Wings). Buy this disc!!!! P.S. It makes for great driving music (as in your car) as well...
