Radio is the brand new single from Boston's The Rationales.

Written in late 2011 for the opening of a friend's new club (named, Radio) in Somerville, MA, the band and its fans were so immediately taken with the song that The Rationales decided to rush into the studio in early 2012 and record the track as a single.

Basics were cut live in very few takes and the tracking for the song was finished in one afternoon capturing the urgency and movement of the arrangement.

The song pushes to the more 'rock' side of The Rationales sound while still packing plenty of their trademark hooks, harmonies and layers of sound. Early comparisons to the Foo Fighters and the more rock side of R.E.M. have been made by listeners.
