The first song English singer/song-writer Theresa Rhodes ever wrote, "Save Tomorrow", reflects a period when she became deeply affected by the atrocities being committed in former Yugoslavia. She used this song to raise awareness of the situation and was invited to sing on Women's Day at the United Nations.
"Save Tomorrow" was heard by Jermaine Jackson (Michael Jackson’s older brother from The Jackson Five who later made a solo career) who offered to sing "Save Tomorrow" in a duet with Theresa and actively encouraged her to record her other material. The single "Save Tomorrow" was released in 1995, together with a video. Jermaine and Theresa toured Germany to promote the single and the song climbed to No 8 on radio charts.
The 14 songs on "Quiet Storm" were produced by Matt Clifford who worked with Mick Jagger on his solo album and toured with the Rolling Stones. Carried by the superb voice of Theresa Rhodes, the haunting melodies of these romantic songs will go right to your heart.
