This CD was recorded live at Barnie's Coffee & Tea Company in Lutz, Florida on Saturday, March 21, 2009. We put a Sony ECM-MS907 stereo condenser mic in the middle of the room, connected it to a Sony MZ-R55 minidisc recorder, and went for it! This is a true live experience - no studio shenanigans after the fact, no special mixing or overdubs or anything like that. This CD puts you smack dab in the middle of the coffee house as the skywire project plays for you and your friends - it's as real as you can get without having actually been there.
