Album Notes
Steve Hill was the leader of a folk music group at the First Presbyterian Church of Santa Fe, New Mexico in the 1970's and '80's and also played and sang with Tim Reed at coffee shops and at the Annual Old Time Fiddle and Banjo contest. In 1985 Steve and his wife Anne moved to Salem, Oregon, where he worked for the State of Oregon until he retired in 2008.

Steve began recording and playing in the Salem area in 2007 when he recorded his first album "The Steve Hill Blues Band". "Love In Vain Blues" is his second album. Steve plays at several fairs and festivals in and around Salem and is a regular performer at Guthrie Park in Dallas, Oregon and the Salem Guitar Society.
