Platehead Records artists The Towels, whose members hail from Los Angeles,Ca. are being honored for the third consecutive year as a "Top 100 Unsigned Artist" by MUSIC CONNECTION.

The Towels, who just released a new CD "AROUND OUR WORLD," as their fourth release following the critically acclaimed "A Company Of Splendid Artists", "Godzilla Christmas" and "American Beaus" were also nominated recently in multiple categories at two awards shows -- "Best
Pop Group" and "Best Pop Male Guitarist" (Noral Squizz) at the All Access Magazine Music Awards; and "Best Independent CD," "Rock Group of the Year," and "Guitarist of the Year" (Noral Squizz) at the South Bay (Calif.)
