Grammy-nominated producer John Custer (Corrosion of Conformity, DAG, Cry of Love) produced this three-song rock/pop follow-up to the band’s 2009 release Trifecta. 3Play, the 2nd release from The Will McBride Group, again blurs the lines between jazz, rock, and pop, as their fans have come to expect.

About ‘3Play’:
Textured instrumentation, rich jazz chording, plus searing and precise lead guitar work are all reminiscent of Steely Dan and Santana. The hook-laden melodies and intelligent lyrics make 3Play exciting, fresh and “radio ready”. The shuffle, rock and reggae grooves make 3Play irresistible.

The Will McBride Group just recently embarked on their 8th year of live performance. Will McBride is lead guitarist, lead vocalist and principle songwriter/composer for the band. Eric Weaver (drums) and Sean Geist (bass) complete the lineup that will be supporting this release on a regional tour this summer.
