"...slinky dance beats, Beach Boys-like group-vocal harmonies, and touches of many styles..."
- Jay Lustig THE STAR LEDGER
tight friends since pre-k, thing-one has had birthday parties at playground McDonalds... watched Ghostbusters on VHS and cried when they killed the marshmallow man... sang along to "You're the Best Around"... thought they were Goonies(Joey still thinks he is)... cheered when they finally beat the second Bald Bull... played recorder in 4th grade... and then formed a tight band.
more recently, thing-one has brought sold out crowds to NYC's knitting factory, mercury lounge, and pianos... they've had a blast opening for MATISYAHU at Syracuse University... gotten into deep conversations about legos while traveling up and down the eastern seaboard, stopping only for gas, nacho doritos, or the love doctor's bladder problem... and pushed themselves to the limits of sanity driving to Penn State and back every Thursday last semester.
but they just keep going, and do this for no one but you my friend. come see, come hear what post collegiate children are yapping about over London Calling and RC PRO AM.
"supreme trip-hop with elements of jazz and funk that seem to hearken to Miles Davis as much as De La Soul or the Wu Tang Clan... they are exciting."
