ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Third Degree Sideburn is a rockabilly/roots rock trio based out of Columbus, OH. Formed in 2002, Third Degree Sideburn has established themselves as one of Columbus' most exciting live bands. Mixing choice covers from the 50's and 60's with their own original music, they have been thrilling audiences for the past decade. In 2012 they released their self-titled debut album. The disc features a healthy mix of the hard drivin' rock sounds of "Rockabilly Riot" and "Nobody Cares", some swing with the song "Nine Lives", a little trucker country twang in "Back from the Dead" and the retro rock sounds of "I Wanna Go" and "Rhonda". The disc also features an awesome cover of an old Coasters tune, "That is Rock n' Roll". Third Degree Sideburn features Bart Jenkins on upright and electric bass and vocals, Tony Burlingame on many different hollow-body guitars and vocals and Larz Raymond slappin' the skins. If you feel like crankin' up some loud rockin' music, this one is for you!!
