Album Notes

A Third Wish Granted is one of Los Angeles' premier professional rock bands since 2001. Their sound is in the vein of Queen & Foo Fighters with an Arabian flavor.

Upon reviewing a track from their third album "The Lost Art of Conversation Vol. 1", Lelionencolere from GarageBand.com described the power-trio as "top notch in all depths ... with the vocals [being] remarkable. Incredible vocal, incredible control."

The band's unique formation is a focus on dynamics and unique and fitting arrangements to their catchy and edgy tunes. Their radio-ready recordings are complimented with their professional live performances. They frequently rock the stage at the world-famous Viper Room on Sunset Blvd and have a loyal and supportive fanbase.

A Third Wish Granted's formation of their captivating sound was attained thanks to their varied beginnings.

Frontman and bassist Emo Alaeddin lends his duties as vocalist and co-writer for the group. Alaeddin was raised in the middle-east and was exposed mostly to traditional and pop Arabic music. The traditional chants and vocalises are reminisced in his melodies, harmonies, and intonations. In 1992, the vocals of the late Layne Staley gave Emo the realization that becoming a singer in a rock band is what he wanted to set out to attain. And so he set out to find the missing pieces to the puzzle, and found them in two great musicians.

Guitarist and vocalist Jesse De Santo's compliments Alaeddin's sound with his loud and sophisticated guitars and crafty harmonies. De Santo is influenced by legends like Pantera and Dreamtheater, and supports it with a unique harmonizing tone. His ability to project his angst and intensity through his guitar-shredding hands won over the hearts of countless fans.

Drummer and vocalist Erik Kreft's explosive and intricate drum-work elevated the band to a level they've never could've otherwise attained. The work of Gavin Harrison of Porcupine Tree was integral in his evolution into his craft He posseses the rare ability to be able to play as hard as he does and singing notes with such clarity and command.

The band's objective and goal is to live the rest of their lives creating new and more invigorating songs, recording them, and traveling the world to share it live with their most amazing and loyal fans.
