No... not "What is this? Is this it?, or That is that!" Nor is it, "That, that is, is, or that, that is not, is not." The name of the band is This is This!

This is This... you know like an equation where both sides are equal yet still unique. Or... like a proclamation, "This is This, because it's not something else."

Don Torres (bass and vocals), John Petitt (guitar and vocals), and Eric Helge (drums and backing vocals) have been playing their original tunes at Chicagoland bookstores, coffee houses, bars, fests, and street fairs for the past eleven years.

Along the way, they have been heard at the United Center for pre-game entertainment for the Chicago Bulls. In addition, They have also proudly been featured on WXRT's Local Anesthetic Capsule, WLUP's Jonathan Brandmeier Show(Make A Wish Radiothon), and WCKG's Stan and Terry Show.
