This is music originally composed for Unity in Greensboro, NC. The meditation-type pieces are intentionally short and repeated many times as the congregation reflects on the message of the day. Following the meditation the same piece returns but builds in energy. Many other churches have used this music in their worship as it is general enough in theology to be used by many denominations. The book is available online.

Thomas Swenson, Ph.D. teaches at a small college, directs a large church program, and composes film music, church songs, secular songs, art songs, and music for dance.
