The new CD, “DREAMERS.” is the first studio CD recorded by the husband and wife duo of Lamar Thomas and Judy Taylor (Thomas and Taylor) in more than 15 years.
The album is a mixture of songs that expresses in words, and raw soul, rhythm & blues rhythm tracks, and through pop music, Dr. King’s philosophy and hope for the world that we live in. This CD contains songs such as the tribute song, Don’t let the Dream Die which is a haunting piece of music that challenges each one of us, to take up the cause of freedom, and equality, so that we do not let Dr. King’s hope for humanity, perish.

The CD is filled with personal and "Soul” searching songs" such as "My Soul is not responding", a song lyric that expresses imminent breakup of two lovers. Listeners should pay real close attention to the infectious and progressive Jazz and Rhythm & Blues sounds of the monster track, “How we gonna get there?”. This album features all rhythm arrangements, horn arrangements and percussions by Lamar Thomas himself. Lamar used hand made percussion instruments to create a new back beat sound.

The uniqueness of this CD is the fact that Judy has her own sound, as does Lamar. And then there is the sound that made them famous for a time, all over the UK and Europe in the 80's'. It is the sound of Thomas and Taylor. It really is a kind of new sound for us. When you hear this album, you will hear our growth and maturity as singers, songwriters and as producers who have been in this business for more than 40 years as a professional team and as man and wife.
