Album Notes

Over thirty years ago I had a vision to write and perform music to help raise the consciousness of love in the world. Over the years I continued my spiritual journey, studied with many different teachers and learned many different forms of consciousness raising and healing work.
Then in 2005 after a healing from John of God in Brazil, my inspiration was rekindled and I have been writing, recording, and performing songs since then. This album is all about the oneness of life in its many forms and circumstances. I live and breath the essence of this music. It is about my life, and how I experience the unfoldment of this universal life force of love in me, around me, and through me. It is in nature. It is in the spirit realm. It shapes us and inspires us. It moves us and drives us. We may resist this force with our little wills, but this deeper urge to life is the manifesting fabric of our world whether we believe it or not. And so I sing about. With many voices and many sounds. I enjoy it when my musician friends ask me who my female backup singers are on this cd. I laugh and say, "it's all me," and it is. The only sounds on the album that are not mine are the bird calls, which I love dearly. So I hope you enjoy listening to the different styles and moods on this cd.
