ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Thornfield can be found where the sublime and the ordinary meet. A folk/americana band based in Chicago, Thornfield is comprised of three multi-instrumentalist-singers who write about life in in its most sweet, complex, and ridiculous moments. Thornfield writes acoustically-driven songs with reflective and playful lyrics, based on the traditional sounds of historical and modern folk with a little jazz sprinkled in. They've been compared to the likes of The Civil Wars, Simon & Garfunkel, and the Fleet Foxes.
