Thoth prayforms a unique art form called a solopera. The solopera is based upon metaphorical legends from the mythological world of the Festad - a land about which Thoth has been writing since a child. Drawing from every center of Thoth's being, a solopera is part vocalizing, puzzle, aerobics routine, monolog, language deconstruction, alchemy, theater, healing ritual, sacred dance, all accompanied by solo violin and complex percussive rhythms.
Thoth has been prayforming his epic solopera, "THE HERMA:The Life and Land of Nular-in," daily at the Bethesda Fountain and Terrace in the Angel Tunnel in New York City's Central Park for more than seven years. In addition, he has prayformed the solopera around the world - Paris, Berlin, Chicago, Cologne, Prague, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Portland & Eugene, Porto, Montreal, Los Angeles... and in the San Francisco Bay Area for the AfroSolo '99 Theater Festival, Z Space, Venue_9, Sweetwater, Freight & Salvage, Hotel Utah, Paradise Lounge. On television he has appeared on "The View," the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno," and the "Academy Awards."
In 2001, award winning director Sarah Kernochan made a documentary about Thoth's life and work which won the 2002 Academy Award for Documentary on a Short Subject. The film was premiered on HBO's Cinemax in August 2002.

"The flying horse, Xosi, and I fly around the Festad, I explore the twelve provinces of the Festad to find clues about the whereabouts of the Luva Pyramid. I am reunited with my mother and Ami-dor, and revisit the place where my father was killed. Pansu-ga captures and imprisons me, and I discover that it is his mother who is the mastermind behind his actions and ambition. Atoning for beating me up many Silvar ago, Tito secretly frees me from prison and we travel to the north where he had found a mysterious diagram on a cave wall during his wandering. It is the map showing how to find and raise the Luva pyramid which has been hidden in the Eldar monastery all this time. Tito and I return to Eldar and raise the pyramid. Hearing of the raising of the Luva Pyramid, people come from all over the Festad to witness and support. I dance and chant and the pyramid vibrates and spins, destroying the decaying Festad. Then, a new land comes into existence..."
