Thug world order is the chitown based group formed in 1996. The group consists of three men and one woman. Jay, spookey, the looch, and lo-key. the album boasts some of chitowns coldest underground artists, such as d-v-us, 4-0, and medicine man (of "drastic measures"), just to name a few.
