Album Notes

Bill Thurman has played in nearly every type of music for years including rock to jazz to symphony orchestras. After having played the piano and violin for most of his life, he basically taught himself to play the harp by listening to others, taking a few helpful hints and by using his comprehensive knowledge of music. on this recording he played: a 25 string Blevins small harp, the classical guitar, violin and the D pennywhistle. This music could be described as Irish meets Asian meets ancient classic music with touches of modern jazzy chords here and there. As Debussy would have said, "a Feast for the ear."
