Re: The Invincible Doctor Psyclops Invasion

In re your memo of the 25th: It is verified that the Doctor Psyclops outfit is simply a cinematic spy-rock music band, not a quasi-political international espionage outfit. They were most prominently in operation between late 2000 and early 2004, performing in and around the New York City area.

Influenced by film soundtracks, modern experimental rock, 80's music, and avante jazz, they attire themselves in various costumes and, when possible, accompany their music with a hypnotic visual slideshow. However, they continue to portray themselves as espionage agents. Their website, www.DrPsyclops.com, further promotes this false mystique with mail encryption utilities and disguise instruction.

Authorization to make contact either by word, writing, printing or any electronic medium including yet to be invented from now until the end of the world can only be made by the readers of this memorandum.

It remains the policy of this office that Doctor Psyclops is null-function, and does not exist.

Signed,

Director, Operations.
