I'm not a French speaker, but I absolutely adore "Nos Mots". Kari's vocals and musical arrangements are fabulous. Even though I cannot understand a word, "J'ai Dans La Tete" makes me want to swoon, because the vocals and the music are so evocative. I particularly love the instrumentals - "Sonate D'Automne" is gorgeous. Throughout the CD, the sound production is perfection and the digipak is outstanding. This is a work of art!

Mostly sung in French, the songs feature lyrics from Kari’s collaborators Aline Duran, Catherine Rousseau, Zao, and Ollie Brennan. Besides Kari’s keyboards, instrumental accompaniment tastes provide guitar, accordion, drums, bass, violin, mandolin, cello, viola, French horn, and flute. Depuis une semaine, je ne cesse d\'ecouter \"Nos Mots\" chez moi. Les compositions sont eceltiques, dans le meilleur sens du mot. Et la voix et l\"interpretation de Kari me rappelle tout ce qui est excellent dans la ta grande tradition des chansonniers et des chansonnieres. Quelle decouverte heureuse! C\'est formidable! Frissons de Brel, de Frida Boccara de Claude Gauthier et tant d\'autres artistes/poetes. Merci Karu et continues a nous interpreter plus de ces belles chansons!
