Tiff’s music can be described as Vanessa Carlton meets Ben Folds. Her influences include Billy Joel, John Mayer, and Fionna Apple. Listeners consistently compare her style of music to that of Laura Nyro and her voice to Kate Bush.
Perfectly, released in May 2006, is Tiff’s third solo album. Perfectly shows off Tiff's ability to smash out rhythms and dance with lyrics. Tiff’s new album, Perfectly, has been long in coming, paving its own way through many obstacles to reach this point. Many trips to San Diego, Tiff’s hometown, were made throughout the recording process of this album. Perfectly was completed in an abandoned studio hidden away in the heart of Santa Monica, CA. Information from past sessions was still taped to the doors.
Both a jazz and classical influence is clear throughout her playing and writing. Obstacles, released in October 2004 was Tiff’s second solo album. Obstacles is a collection of intricate piano pop songs. Each song exhibits Tiff’s control of the piano even when it seems like she’s going crazy with emotion Obstacles was nominated for AAA album by The Los Angeles Music Awards 2005.

Jimber's music might be best described as sounding something like a cross betwee
author: Babysue
Tiff Jimber is an up-and-coming singer/songwriter who is making things happen for herself on her own terms. Jimber's music might be best described as sounding something like a cross between Ben Folds ,Kate Bush , and Vanessa Carlton . Exceptional stuff.

She sings like a more soulful Vanessa Carlton or a sister to Tori Amos, but mostly like herself. It’s a lovely record.
