A sensational follow-up to Bertulli's debut release "Movin' On". Striking while the iron's hot this Canadian-based Americana artist ( Canadiana? ) has managed to have his songs slotted in the Alt-Country, AAA, Americana, and Roots Rock categories. Winding Day is a mature project that sculpts life from a plodding, analytical perspective. Recent American Commercial Radio airplay and Filipino Distribution for Bertulli's debut release means that this guy is hitting the right note. Not bad for a guy who provides all musicianship himself from his basement! Bertulli is a no-nonsense writer who seems to get to the point and move on. It's a breath of fresh air when comparing to today's saturated Pop scene. Are you 40+? Do you remember when music used to be made by musicians, not engineers? If so you gotta check this CD out!
