Remember when you were a kid and you got a new pair of shoes? All of the sudden, you could run faster, jump higher. That's the premise behind the title song from Tim Glenn's solo CD debut, "New Pair of Shoes."

"I was practicing with my guitarist Brian one night and his son kept interrupting us to show us how high he could jump in his new shoes." Tim says, "I thought 'Hey, I remember that!' The song was born that night."

Tim Glenn's ability to take real-life situations and put them into fun, upbeat songs, has his fan base growing throughout Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. This entire CD is chock-full of fun.

"Hole of Sin" tells a story many Christians can relate to--the constant battle to overcome our sinful nature.
Then there's "The WooHoo Song", a fun, non-sensical musical interlude that incorporates no musical
instruments. (You have to hear it to understand.)
"Timeless Love" is the story of Tim's life, from the day he was abandoned at the age of 5 to the day he accepted Christ at the age of 16.
"Again" , is written from the perspective of a person living in Jesus' time. Throughout the course of the song, you hear what it must have been like to see Christ from the eyes of a non-believer...and eventually see the resurrection, understanding what God's purpose was in sending His son to Earth.
"New Pair of Shoes" has something for everyone in the family. It's hard to tell who Tim's biggest fans are: kids or their parents!
