Album Notes

Tim, the youngest of nine children, was born in Vancouver, WA and was raised in his early years in the country in Amboy, WA. He learned to play the guitar from his oldest brother, Marvin, and music was a large part of family activities. His sister, Kathy, was a big influence and gave him the opportunity to extend his talent to others. After graduation from Battleground High School in Clark County, Washington, Tim attended Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, OR. He majored in business management and was playing football. It was in La Grande where Tim started playing publicly, at a place called Klondike's Pizza. This small beginning inspired him to shift direction in his life and to chase a dream which has led him to many great moments. He moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1992 and began singing demos. A friend of his took him around "Music City" and introduced him to Ray Walker of the legendary Jordanaires. Unknowingly, this was his break into the music business. Ray opened doors for Tim that would begin his career and make his dreams a reality. Tim's played the world famous "Grand Ole Opry", appeared on Crook and Chase on the Nashville Network and opened for several artists. For those that know Tim's music, his latest project, "Homemade Love", continues with his contemporary traditional sound.
