Solar Wind is the guitar-based rock-fusion instrumental masterpiece created by Tim Jordan, guitarist, composer, producer, and engineer.

Tim is a multi-faceted multi-instrumentalist and singer who explores all genres, seeking gems (songs that groove, energize, and move him).

(Historical note: Tim was also an original member of both the eclectic pop group Forest Green [Capitol Records - 1973] and the album-oriented rock [AOR] group The Ladder [Atlantic Records - 1986]).

This collection of songs was inspired by Tim's appreciation of the greats of rock fusion who influenced him, including Jeff Beck, Allan Holdsworth, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, John McLaughlin and many others.

The songs are in some respects tone poems dedicated to the power and mystery of the universe - and also hint at some otherworldly cosmic party where the rhythmic underpinnings mesmerize the mind and stimulate the body.
