Album Notes

After spending the early-to-mid 00's touring the country fronting the power pop band LUZER (and shortly thereafter The Celebrities), Timmy Sean has spent the last four years growing his beard and recording his first solo cd. Performing nearly every instrument heard on the record (including all of the drums, bass, guitar, percussion, and vocals), Timmy indulges nearly all of his influences, from Brian May of Queen on guitar, to Paul McCartney on bass, to Ben Folds on piano....often in the course of just one song.

Born in the mid 1980's, Timmy grew up in two worlds: the pop world of 90's and the classic rock 'n roll world of his uncles' legendary Beatles tribute show "Long Live The Beatles" (the longest touring Beatles tribute act in the world). Though Tim's songwriting with LUZER and The Celebrities pretty evenly mixed elements of both old and new, the scale on his first solo effort clearly leans more towards the sounds of Brian Wilson's "Smile" and McCartney's "Band On The Run", than anything released in the internet age.

With the exception of the drum tracks (which were engineered and produced by multi-platinum producer Kenny Gioia at General Studios in NYC), Tim not only performed 99% of the instruments on the record, but also wrote, arranged, produced, engineered, and mixed the tracks himself...a true "solo record" in every sense of the word.

With his first album barely dry, Timmy is jumping back into the modern pop world with his first project for Lowe Records, "Sir Video", due out in 2011, but has also already began demos for a follow-up solo record. If the pattern holds, you can expect it in 2018.
