These are the early solo guitar compositions and recordings by Grammy Award winning composer/engineer/producer Eric Tingstad. In the before time, Eric had two solo guitar vinyl lps and cassettes entitled "On the Links" and "Urban Guitar." "Renewal" is a compilation of the best from these two recordings. Straight out of music school and at the time when early Windham Hill was just catching on, these pieces were the forerunners to his work with Nancy Rumbel. These are fingerstyle guitar gems that stand the test of time.
