My go to Prog CD.....
author: Corky Newman
I was on hand as this Cd came into its own and was just floored by the production. Tim is one of the best dudes in music period. What a great player/writer/singer/friend.
I still listen to this CD when I need a lift from the nasty trash music I hear all over the airwaves. Awesome work Tim.....

This is a knock-your-socks-off prog adventure.

This album floored me. Tim Morse's writing style gives a nod to all the bands who have caught my ear in the past-- UK, King Crimson, Gentle Giant, YES, and many others, while definitely breaking new ground. The guitar work is flawless, most of which is performed by Mark Dean, who is also the producer of the album. Excellent vocals throughout. What more can I say? Really a great listen. A
must-have!

"YesStories" author Tim Morse gives us an idea of how a UK/Kansas supergroup with Hackettian (and sometimes, alas, even YesUnionEra-Hovian) guitar might have sounded like. He is also an inspiration (and thus also sustains the reason why) us prog-rock consumers and reviewers should take the risk to also make prog-rock music ourselves. Tim's, Howe-ver, is a pleasant metamorphosis. Or was it TimaMorseophis?

This CD rocks ass!

Transformation- an excellent title for Tim Morse's CD debut.
Just seconds after slipping it into my CD player, the world around
me transformed into prog heaven!
There's no doubt about it- this is a serious prog CD, packed full of
prog hallmarks, virtuosic playing and great hooks!
Lyrics, instrumentation, performance and arrangements are all
presented with the utmost attention to detail and sure to please
even the most persnickity fans of progressive music (I guess that's
all of us!).
Led on keyboards by Tim, complimented on guitar, bass and drums
by Mark Dean (where did he find this guy???) and featuring lead vocals
by Richie Zeller, the music twists and turns through a maze of musical
entrees that just continues to provide aural and cerebral enjoyment.
In a nutshell, this CD has it all, and is definately going into permanent
rotation along with my all time favorite groups (you know the ones, they
start with the letters Y, G, ELP, etc.)
I'm already looking forward to the next offering from Tim Morse & company!
