ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is a live album released years ago on Unicorn Records. The label went under and didn't pay up on royalties owed to the band, so download this album and help support The Toasters and their 25 plus years of making great ska music!

Frankenska - Test Press :: Unicorn Records, PHZA-60 : 12inch LP : 1990
Frankenska :: Unicorn Records, PHZA-60 : 12inch LP : 1990
Frankenska :: Unicorn Records, PHZCD-60 : CD : 1993

This show was recorded near the Highbury / Islington Underground Station in London in June of 1989 during The Toasters first UK tour. This is also one of the early appearances of Coolie Ranx, who would later leave the band then return around 1994 to record Dub 56 and Hard Band For Dead. This live set also showcases the late Steve "Hex" LaForge on keyboards, playing some great solos and hooks!
