Album Notes

Mostly I am doing my thing...and hoping a performing artist will come along and want to do the music, you know take it to the next level of having a band do it. Yeah, that's right, a real band and watch out baby cause you'll want to get into it. You know anyone?

I dedicate the song "Coffee Again" to Christi Pennington. She is so very bright and has that sense of fun always when she means business. Attractive and smart she takes the time to help others out even though she has a full full time job. I went in with a proposed fund raiser letter and in one meeting learned how to write and fit a letter to my audience. But it is the fun in my song that reminds me of her.

Maybe my songs will create laughter for some and for others an appreciation for the variance of creativity. I hope so...I think there is humor in everything we do, but i am serious about sharing some good unique tunes.

I dedicate Africa to Israel Murusuli. He cares for America but he is big enough to care about people and their living conditions in a far off place called Africa.
Yeah!

Back to me this whole thing is just a way to keep the arts alive in me. I think the arts should never go away from our schools. I don't think God should be done away with either. I put that in here, because every mind out there that is growing and learning needs both art and God to make the break thru's. I mean..you know what I mean.

I did the artwork and that was a riot to learn about computer enhanced graphics. This process is fun. Get it! I am doing what I do for fun. Why not?

I do hope a great artist comes along and takes this music over the top. It is worth rocking to the charts if the journey keeps your heart pumping blood. Are you that great artist?

If not, I am looking for a bass player and a drummer and I will take it to the top!! Yeah maybe I am that great artist who can't sing worth a lick, but has the desire to be part of the music scene. Okay, so let me know if you think I could pull it off. Some have already told me don't try. I do have a few that say go for it. I don't know, I will look for the great artist to come alive.

I dedicate the song Hey Hey to Gully Standford and Dorthy because in my expression both of them amplify what is good in a community.
