Album Notes
Todd Woolsey
(tŏd wool●zee)
n. musician; guitarist

Sure Todd's been all over the world playing guitar for Major Recording acts, but don't hold that against him! He can play. He has a gift for playing music that everyone enjoys: from the hard core guitarist right down to your everyday music lover. That's what you'll find, melodic, tasty, yet deceptively difficult guitar playing placed into well crafted songs that flow smoothly to the ears! You'll enjoy an amazing band and wonderful guitar playing smothered in great tone.

Todd Woolsey - Guitars
Todd was born in Canada where he graduated with a degree in Jazz Performance, and has been in the USA since the early 90’s making his living playing music. He’s played guitar full-time for Tracy Lawrence, Lorrie Morgan, Collin Raye, Pam Tillis, Tanya Tucker, Trick Pony, and Billy Dean, among others. These Artists may make you think Country, but as you can tell by his music, what’s inside him is very much in the Blues/Rock Realm with a tinge of Jazz and Country thrown in for flavor. The words that come up most when people describe Todd are ‘Taste’ and ‘Tone’. After listening to this album, I’m sure you’ll agree.

Wes Little - Drums
“Wes is one of the most ‘musical’ drummers you’ll ever meet. Just listen to the album and it’ll be obvious. He’s such a naturally talented drummer and I feel very fortunate to have him in my band. Although it may be quicker to make a list of the artists Wes HASN’T played drums for, I know some of you will be curious, so here’s some of the acts Wes HAS played drums for... Stevie Wonder, Sting, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Mariah Cary, Shakira, Melissa Etheridge, Jamie Foxx, Michael Brecker, etc etc...I really could go on forever.” - Todd Woolsey

Steve Peffer - B3/Wurlitzer/Keys
“Steve is another one of those incredibly talented musicians you love to hate! He is amazingly musical and plays the fire out of the B3! I still scratch my head at some of the sounds he gets out of that thing...just listen to the last lick of “3 For The Price Of 1” off the record to hear what I mean! Steve also takes some great solos on the record and his B3 tone is impeccable. He too has played for a long list of amazing acts such as Leanne Rhymes, Sara Evans, and Randy Owen (Alabama), to name a few.” - Todd Woolsey

Roy Vogt - Bass
“Roy is an phenomenal bassist and this is evident throughout this CD. He has a great swampy feel that I love and can really let loose too (just listen to his solo in Spank). He has credits a mile long as well, which include working with Jerry Reed and the Allman Brothers' guitarist Dickey Betts. Roy is a Bass Instructor at Belmont University and a busy Session Bassist. He also has his own CD out titled ‘Simplicity’ and a number of instructional videos. I’m thrilled to have him in my band.” - Todd Woolsey

Todd’s goal was to make a record that both the hard core guitarist and your everyday music lover would love. Mission Accomplished.

Rave Review
We just received this album from CDBaby and it did not dissapoint. Me and my fiance have even decided to use with permission the track "Retrospective" as background music to our wedding website. This CD is a must by for any serious music fan. Great work to everyone on the CD! Well worth the money.

Think an instrumental won't hold your attention? Think again. This record is killer! Todd Woolsey has a gift. His songs are original and his tone is pure. It's a pleasure to listen to this project. If you are a fan of music prepare yourself for inspiration. If you are a musician prepare yourself for envy.
