Toe-Knee & the 7th House of Funk are an exciting Neo-Funk band from Camden, New Jersey. Their CD, Funk & the Abstract Truth, offers up punch after punch of raw, old school Funk & Roll(in the tradition of P-Funk). The CD's blend of Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop, and the Funk, makes this a must have for anyone's music collection.
Listen to the Neil Young styled guitar solo on Ayanna & Her Mother. Check out the 7th House Horns as they blaze truimphant on Do You!, What ever Happened to the Revolution?, and the title track.
All this amid the scathing commentary of Toe-Knee on tracks like Blood for Oil and Revolution. And, how could we forget? also featuring the Mad Master of Heavy Metal Funk himself, Guitarist, Michael Hampton a.k.a. "Kidd Funkadelic"(of Parliament/Funkadelc fame). Talk about Bang for your Buck!! So purchase this CD and assure yourself of a Funky Good Time!!!

Its rhyth'mic harmony and jazzmatic over tones. mix with a hip hop blend that builds up to a funkgasmic feel that grabs you by the soul and takes you back to the way funk attends to be heard.
