A symphony of aural delight
author: Rankin
Outstanding new release from Abie Tobus. Terrific arrangements, outstanding musicianship, tight production and nice rhythms. Shades of Pink Floyd, Yes and Alan Parsons all wrapped together in a symphony of aural delight. 'Stars' stands out on Lotus, with haunting Cure-like vocals and beat. All in all a great 'first' release by Toiber. His production and studio work reminds one of Todd Rundgren. We'll be hearing a lot more from Abie, and I can't wait for more.

Enjoyable, engaging, excellent music
author: Terry Robinson (from Purple Rhapsody)
I saw this CD while browsing the New Age category on CDBaby and listened to a few of the track clips. What I heard intrigued me - I've been a fan of artists in the vein of Mike Oldfield for many years but haven't really heard anyone else that comes close to his compostional and arrangement skills, until now. Due to the quality of the clips I ordered the CD and I've been unable to go more than a couple of days without listening to it since.
Lotus is an excellently crafted CD. From the rhythmic start of Anima Blue, through the musings of Stars, the energy of Dragon D'air, the intricacy and variety of the 4 Hadas tracks, all the way to the end it appears that real care and attention has gone into the playing of the instruments and the recording quality and mixing.
All in all a very enjoyable listen. Melodic, engaging, well-played, excellently recorded the CD is a must-have for anyone who enjoys instrumental music and low-key chilled songs.

It's a great album!
author: Filipe Santos RUA FM Portugal
First impression: the package, the digipack! It's very appealing and attractive! And it gives a good help in creating a concept for the album. It's a mature album, with a great care in producing and balancing it. And it has a lot to say to the listener. I mean, it captures and let you stop and listen. I sure have to listen to it more so i can have a real personal oppinion, and that's great! And also to decid what music will i pass in my radioshow. It's a great album!
