Songs From The Heart is an album that spans 20 years of work by music therapist Tom Dalton. The songs articulate how music can have a transforming effect for people of all ages, different needs and abilities. The songs speak to the ways that music can address physical and developmental disabilities, mental health issues, and help those dealing with loss. The songs are a celebration of the healing power of music and describe how the most difficult and challenging situations in life can have creative solutions.
