"A mix of dreamy pop and 70s rock guitar. The title track has echoes of Dion, but it’s the sound of the Beatles that permeates much of the album. Shades of Cheap Trick and Tom Petty… this is one for people who like well crafted pop rock.” – Fireworks Mag

Album Notes

I’ll never forget the day when Rick Chudacoff called me and asked if I would be interested in recording with a couple of guys from Paul McCartney’s band. It was like, omg, what do you think?

That led to my recording a bunch of tunes with Abe Laboriel, Jr. and Brian Ray. I was also joined by my friends Christian Cullen, James Wold and others. This project had something special written all over it from the beginning.

In the meantime, I kept writing and had crafted five other powerful songs that needed to be born just like the first set. So I asked my band mates to join me in this undertaking of recording new material. This time, we decided to record in my hometown, Chicago. The new tunes had a very cool vibe that we took to another level. It was then that the decision was made to combine the two projects into one and call it ‘Ask’.

This journey has been amazing. Many thanks to anyone and everyone that was involved in the making of ‘Ask’, especially Rick, Abe, Brian, Christian, James, John, Joel, Jordy and all the others that gave their talents to this wonderful project. Last, but not least, my family, friends, and all the fans out there who inspire me to take a step forward.

God bless everyone,
Tom Fuller
