I was already a Tom Grose fan before I heard this CD, so I'm not surprised to hear such great musical ideas, although this is the first time Tom has dazzled me with his guitar playing. I can't say I am surprised, but I am amazed at how well he can handle a fretboard! This makes perfect sense, though, since there is really no room for improvement on keyboard, why shouldn't he play guitar? He is already the "Jimi Hendrix" of keyboard players! My advice is to buy this album and it will improve the economy, especially Tom's, and in the meantime you will enjoy!!

Zappa-like or not, i think it is, but more in an atmospheric point of veiw, not song-wise - i'm quite shure Tom likes Waka-Jawaka . Enough about Frank; this is a very good album by mr Grose, that grows with each time you play it . Oh yeah, they do have one more thing in common, Frank and Tom ....... long guitarsolos .

I love this new CD and I highly recommend it to anyone with ears! It hasn’t been out of my CD player for days! The songs, arrangements and performances are exemplary and in my opinion, the music on this album runs the gamut between musical exploration, virtuosity and heartfelt emotion. What is equally astounding to me is the relative ease with which Tom is able to make the transition from his well documented mastery of the keyboards, to his heretofore unknown ability of conveying his musical ideas to the listener through his brilliant guitar work. Being a guitarist myself, I am very impressed!
Also, I am in agreement with the other “reviewer” who noted that Tom “quite possibly has the best band bio I’ve ever read”. This CD is a wonderful piece of work as well!

Not only is Tom Grose the greatest keyboardist on the face of the Earth, but he quite possibly has the best band bio I've ever read. Will you please write one for my band too? Keep up the good work!
