REVIEWS

Now THIS is Country Music.
author: Lindsay Acord

Ladies, you know those nights you end up in a REAL honkey tonk, sweating your ass off, ending the night half-drunk dancing with some guy you hardly know? Imagine yourself in that place and I promise it would be Tommy Jones playing on the juke box. Country music has so much pop in it these days that you can't even two-step to it anymore. It's hard to find a song with roots. They're either pop or satire, never heartbreak or desire. Tommy knows his roots and manages to weave them beautifully into a genre that seems to have lost its heart. If I had a beer in my hand I'd raise it to him, the spirit of outlaw music, and two-stepping until last call.

The best Tommy Jones CD to date.

This cd is fantastic! It has a great sound that isn't over produced. The songs are real, not fabricated. It's a great mix of songs with good country roots plus a little touch of a variety of music styles such as bluegrass, rock and others. This cd is a must to have in your collection! Tommy Jones has out done his previous cds with this release.
