I have listened to every cut on the CD and found my favorite right away--here is my review:
"Although Tom Tomoser exhibits vocal prowess and even playfulness on a number of cuts, the gem of his album entitled "By Special Request" is his sincere rendition of "America The Beautiful." There is heart all over this beautiful patriotic standard. I believe Tom means every word. Accompanied only by an electric piano, I do not miss the band."

Artist Note: Lea Jane Berinati, has sung back up for some of the finest musical artists in the business, which reads like a who's who in the music industry. Some of the great stars she has sung back up for include, Elvis presley, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Ronnie Milsap, Brenda Lee, James Galway, Tammy Wynette, Lynn Anderson, Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, Petula Clark, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Barbara Mandrell, Frank Sinatra Jr., Nancy Sinatra, just to mention a few. Lea Jane sang on the Kenny Rogers Dottie West recording of Don't Fall In Love With A Dreamer. After about the fith take Kenny said he wanted to do it again, Lea Jane said to Kenny, "This song is a hit just the way it is! Why record it again? Kenny took Lea Jane's advice and released the cut Lea Jane said was a hit and the rest is history. Believe me I am honored that Lea Jane would take the time out of her busy schedule and review my Album.

Tom pours his heart into every word and every note making for some great songs we all can relate to. My favorites are track 2,3,6,12,13,14. It is rare that I like so many tarcks in one CD. I have a special request for you! By it and enjoy like I did!

1. America the Beautiful: Nice arrangement. I would suggest one less verse to keep the time under 4 minutes.
2. Gloria Jean: Upbeat and fun love song. J
3. Since I Fell for You: Love the jazzy piano, it fits your style. J
4. Trust Me: Reminds me of a piano bar. Interesting key change near the beginning
5. My Way: Least favorite, may be because I always hear Sinatra in my head.
6. Gabrielle: My second favorite! The flute and harp make this a very easy going and relaxing love song. Everything compliments! J
7. Southern Style: You are NOT meant to sing country music Tom!!!!
8. Girl of My Dream: great guitar/vocal combination. I like the lyric and the idea behind how this girl would change your life. J
9. I Need Your Love Always: Guitar is a little harsh for the meaning of
the song.
10. Before You Go: Great story with this song. Background vocals are a
Fun addition also. Fun! J
11. Lonely One: I like the steel guitar and the meaning of the lyrics for Karen Carpenter.
12. Touch of Love: Kind of sappy for me. A touch over dramatic. It may be the way the strings are arranged.
13. You Don’t Know Me: Super arrangement! You really sing this one like it means something to you. My absolute favorite on this album.
14. She’s Gone: Nice sax in this arrangement. J
