This is a spectacular album. After listening to it four times, I keep hearing new things. It's rare to fine an album that combines great music with heartfelt, strong vocals. Tom Woodbury does both. Some songs are fun, like "Broken Wheels" and "Nicotine Blues". But "Don't Toss Your Heart" is a just amazing. And even better, there are no weak songs on the album. It really doesn't get any better than this...

Striking Sounds

Although this is a solo album, it's clear that it was collaboration of many talented people. Tom Woodbury's songs are easy to understand, because most of us have lived through similar experiences: lost love, bitterness, lost luggage, nicotine withdrawal, broken-down cars, and death. The album opens with three catchy, toe-tapping songs followed by a country number with peddle steel guitar and harmonica.
The upbeat energy continues throughout the album until the last track, which sound like an obvious nod to Jim Henson. Its hauntingly warm and I was crying at the end of it.
